Anything strong requires a good foundation. Our foundations class ensures your training is safe and meaningful by establishing the basics. In this class we cover techniques for:

Deadlifts

Functional Training

The goal of this class is to start training your body to work as an integrated system. This class features:

• Weights, calisthenics and cardio elements
• HIIT’s and timed intervals
• Metabolic conditioning for maximum fat burning

Obstacle Course

Our custom Obstacle course utilizes elements that have been tried and tested for decades in military units. It develops a mastery over your own body weight and unparalleled strength. Obstacles include:

Obstacle Core
A strong foundation is essential for optimal performance. A 30 min class
that dissects the core.

Obstacle Metcon
A heart pumping high intensity class designed to burn fat using functional
movements infused with our signature cross training obstacle course.

Obstacle Strength
Take your Primal lifts to another level. Muscle is great but even better
when conditioned.

Obstacle Skillz
A class focused on technique.  Fine tune the skill sets of various
calisthenics movements from both the mental and physical perspectives on
conquering the full obstacle course.

Animal Flow

A ground based movement system designed to improve strength, power,
flexibility, mobility, and coordination for all fitness levels.

Special Ops

Special operators, such as Navy SEALs, US Army Green Berets, or Canadian JTF2 comprise some of the top athletes on earth. Every Saturday morning we do a workout from coaches with these professional backgrounds for those seeking a challenge beyond the normal experience.

Combat Conditioning

Martial arts has been a long-standing method to get fit, burn fat and develop mental toughness. This class teaches the fundamentals of kickboxing including:
